The purpose of this paper is to examine the work values held and the organizational commitment level of Malaysian supervisors working in two multinational electronics firms in Malaysia ,namely European and Japanese. Findings indicate that supervisors in both firms hold similar work values. Job investment and pride in work were viewed as important aspects of work, whereas attitude towards earnings and the social status of the job was given a low priority. In term of organizational commitment, the level exhibited by supervisors in the European firm is slightly higher than that in the Japanese firm.
